On focus: Manuela Caputi, Mental Coach in CT Academy

Manuela Caputti is a Mental Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation, specialising in Emotional Skills and competencies by Paul Eckman Group. She is also a professional trainer in Focusing®️ with many years of experience in the body-mind integrated approach of Bioenergetics®️. She works with Professional and Olympic athletes of different disciplines and their teams, helping them to develop an authentic state of awareness and an appropriate mindset starting from learning how to manage emotions. She currently works with Top Italian Rider Francesca Ciriesi and Olypym gold medal Peder Fredricson.

She is part of the training team of CT Academy, who is going to attend the Bulgaria Camp, in March 2024.
